• Government approvals and statutory inspections

Service Cost

• ₹10,000 – ₹2,00,000+ (depending on building size, system design, and project scope)
• Site Inspection Charge: ₹1,000 – ₹5,000 (adjustable if work proceeds)
• Final cost depends on site conditions, protection requirements, and material specifications

Terms & Conditions

• Customer must provide site access and necessary approvals for installation.
• Lightning arresters, SPDs, conductors, and accessories are charged separately unless included in the quotation.
• Civil works, earthing pit construction, and structural modifications are not included unless specified.
• Additional work beyond the approved scope will be quoted separately.
• Service charges may vary based on building height, site conditions, and project complexity.
• ELTO is not responsible for damage caused by improper existing earthing systems or external factors beyond the installed system’s design limits.
• Inspection findings and technical recommendations provided by ELTO shall be considered final.
• Payment must be completed as per agreed project milestones or contract terms.
