Not Covered

• Spare parts, replacement components, and materials
• Major repairs, equipment replacement, or retrofitting
• Civil works, excavation, and structural modifications
• Specialized testing and third-party services

Service Cost

• ₹3,000 – ₹25,000 per emergency visit (depending on fault severity and response requirements)
• Emergency Visit Charge: ₹1,500 – ₹5,000
• Final cost depends on equipment type, fault condition, location, and scope of work

Terms & Conditions

• Emergency response time depends on technician availability, location, and site accessibility.
• Spare parts, replacement materials, and accessories will be charged separately.
• Major repairs and additional work beyond the initial scope will be quoted separately.
• Customer must provide safe access and required shutdown arrangements where applicable.
• Service charges may vary based on emergency timing, fault severity, and site conditions.
• ELTO is not responsible for pre-existing equipment failures, hidden defects, or consequential losses due to power interruption.
• Technical findings and recommendations provided by ELTO shall be considered final.
• Payment must be completed upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
