Covered

• Technician/Engineer labor charges
• Preventive maintenance services
• Inspection, testing, and condition assessment
• Minor consumables required for maintenance
• Service report and recommendations

Not Covered

• Spare parts, replacement components, and accessories
• Major repairs, equipment replacement, or retrofitting
• Oil replacement, filtration, or specialized testing services
• Civil works and shutdown arrangements

Service Cost

• ₹10,000 – ₹1,00,000 per maintenance visit (depending on system capacity and scope of work)
• Site Inspection Charge: ₹2,000 – ₹5,000 (adjustable if work proceeds)
• Final cost depends on HT system size, equipment quantity, site conditions, and maintenance requirements

Terms & Conditions

• Customer must provide safe access and required shutdown arrangements.
• Spare parts, replacement materials, and accessories will be charged separately.
• Any defects or repairs identified during maintenance will be quoted separately.
• Service charges may vary based on system capacity, equipment condition, and site requirements.
• ELTO is not responsible for pre-existing equipment failures or hidden defects discovered during maintenance.
• Maintenance findings and technical recommendations provided by ELTO shall be considered final.
• Payment must be completed upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
