β’ Customer must provide safe access and required shutdown arrangements.
β’ Spare parts, replacement materials, and accessories will be charged separately.
β’ Any defects or repairs identified during maintenance will be quoted separately.
β’ Service charges may vary based on system capacity, equipment condition, and site requirements.
β’ ELTO is not responsible for pre-existing equipment failures or hidden defects discovered during maintenance.
β’ Maintenance findings and technical recommendations provided by ELTO shall be considered final.
β’ Payment must be completed upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
