• Technician/Engineer labor charges

• Test report and recommendations

Not Covered

• Cable repair or replacement works
• Fault rectification and cable jointing services
• Excavation, trenching, and civil works
• Specialized third-party laboratory testing (if required)

Service Cost

• ₹3,000 – ₹25,000 per cable/test (depending on voltage level, cable length, and testing requirements)
• Site Inspection Charge: ₹1,000 – ₹3,000 (adjustable if work proceeds)
• Final cost depends on cable type, rating, route complexity, and scope of testing

Terms & Conditions

• Customer must provide safe access and necessary shutdown arrangements before testing.
• Cable isolation and system readiness are the customer's responsibility.
• Any repair or rectification work identified during testing will be quoted separately.
• Service charges may vary based on cable rating, length, voltage level, and site conditions.
• ELTO is not responsible for pre-existing cable faults, insulation failures, or hidden defects discovered during testing.
• Test results and technical recommendations provided by ELTO shall be considered final.
• Payment must be completed upon completion of testing services unless otherwise agreed.
