Not Covered

• Cost of new transformer or OLTC oil
• Oil replacement or top-up oil (if required)
• Repair or replacement of transformer/OLTC components
• Transportation and shutdown arrangements

Service Cost

• ₹10,000 – ₹75,000 per transformer (depending on capacity and oil quantity)
• Site Inspection Charge: ₹1,000 – ₹5,000 (adjustable if work proceeds)
• Final cost depends on transformer rating, oil volume, site conditions, and filtration requirements

Terms & Conditions

• Customer must provide safe access and transformer shutdown arrangements.
• New oil, oil replacement, or oil top-up (if required) will be charged separately.
• Any repair or maintenance work identified during service will be quoted separately.
• Service charges may vary based on transformer capacity, oil quantity, and site conditions.
• ELTO is not responsible for pre-existing transformer defects or internal equipment failures.
• Test results and technical recommendations provided by ELTO shall be considered final.
• Payment must be completed upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
