Covered

• Technician/Engineer labor charges
• Testing and inspection services
• Standard test instruments and equipment
• Basic test report and recommendations

Not Covered

• Transformer oil replacement or filtration
• Repair, maintenance, or replacement works
• Transportation of transformer (if required)
• Laboratory charges for specialized oil analysis (if applicable)

Service Cost

• ₹5,000 – ₹25,000 per transformer (depending on capacity and test requirements)
• Site Inspection Charge: ₹1,000 – ₹3,000 (adjustable if work proceeds)
• Final cost depends on transformer rating, location, and scope of testing

Terms & Conditions

• Customer must provide safe access to the transformer and testing area.
• Transformer shutdown and isolation must be arranged by the customer before testing.
• Specialized laboratory testing charges, if required, will be billed separately.
• Any repair or maintenance work identified during testing will be quoted separately.
• Service charges may vary based on transformer capacity, location, and testing requirements.
• ELTO is not responsible for pre-existing equipment defects or operational failures discovered during testing.
• Test results and technical recommendations provided by ELTO shall be considered final.
• Payment must be completed upon completion of testing services unless otherwise agreed.
