• Customer must provide safe and clear access to the service area.
• Spare parts and accessories will be charged separately.
• Any rewiring beyond the switch/socket point will be treated as a separate service and charged accordingly.
• Additional work identified during inspection will be quoted and executed only after customer approval.
• Service charges may vary based on site conditions, complexity, and accessibility.
• A minimum inspection charge of ₹199 applies if the customer chooses not to proceed after inspection.
• Service scheduling is subject to technician availability and serviceable locations.
• ELTO is not responsible for pre-existing wiring faults, concealed defects, or poor-quality electrical installations.
• Inspection findings and final technical assessment will be considered final for execution.
• Payment must be completed after service unless otherwise agreed.
