Covered

• Technician / engineer inspection charges
• Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
• Basic cleaning and testing
• Minor consumables required during service

Not Covered

• Gas refilling or refrigerant charging (charged separately)
• Spare parts replacement (capacitor, PCB, compressor, sensors, etc.)
• Deep AC servicing or chemical cleaning unless specified
• Electrical rewiring or power point installation
• Repair of major internal compressor or PCB faults

Service Cost (Updated for Profitability)

• ₹600 – ₹2,500 per visit (diagnosis only, excluding parts & gas)
• Inspection / Visit Charge: ₹299 – ₹599 (adjustable if work proceeds)
• Gas refill / repair work: charged separately after diagnosis
• Final cost depends on fault type, AC condition, and required repair

Terms & Conditions

• Customer must provide safe access to indoor and outdoor AC units.
• Gas charging, spare parts, and repair components will be billed separately.
• Any additional repair work identified will be quoted after inspection.
• Service charges may vary based on fault complexity and site conditions.
• ELTO is not responsible for pre-existing compressor damage or manufacturing defects.
• Cooling improvement depends on system condition after inspection and repair approval.
• Inspection report and technical diagnosis will be considered final for execution decisions.
• Payment must be completed after service unless otherwise agreed.
