• Technician / engineer labor charges
• Installation and fitting services
• Basic electrical connection support
• Testing and commissioning
• Minor consumables required for installation

Not Covered

• Cost of AC unit, indoor/outdoor accessories, brackets, and supports
• False ceiling cutting, structural fabrication, or major civil work
• Electrical new wiring or DB upgrades
• Refrigerant gas charging or leakage repair (unless specified)
• Crane, scaffolding, or lifting equipment (if required for height work)

Service Cost (Updated for Profitability)

• ₹4,000 – ₹12,000 per unit (standard installation, excluding materials)
• Inspection / Visit Charge: ₹399 – ₹699 (adjustable if work proceeds)
• Height work / crane requirement: extra ₹1,500 – ₹5,000
• Final cost depends on tonnage, site height, piping length, and complexity

Terms & Conditions

• Customer must provide safe access and installation readiness of site.
• AC unit, supports, pipes, accessories, and consumables will be charged separately unless included in quotation.
• Any structural modification, false ceiling cutting, or additional work will be quoted separately.
• Service charges may vary depending on site conditions, height, and installation complexity.
• Service scheduling is subject to technician availability and serviceable locations.
• ELTO is not responsible for manufacturer defects, cooling issues, or pre-existing AC faults.
• Inspection findings and final technical assessment will be considered final for execution.
• Payment must be completed after service unless otherwise agreed.
