Not Covered

• Cost of outdoor unit, brackets, stands, bolts, or accessories
• Civil work (wall reinforcement, concrete base, drilling beyond standard scope)
• Crane, ladder, scaffolding, or height equipment (if required)
• Copper piping, electrical wiring, or drain line works
• Structural fabrication or RCC base construction

Service Cost (Updated for Profitability)

• ₹1,500 – ₹6,000 per unit (standard mounting, excluding materials)
• Inspection / Visit Charge: ₹299 – ₹599 (adjustable if work proceeds)
• Height / difficult access installation: extra ₹500 – ₹2,500
• Final cost depends on unit tonnage, height, mounting type, and site conditions

Terms & Conditions

• Customer must provide safe access and proper installation area.
• Brackets, stands, fasteners, and consumables will be charged separately unless included in quotation.
• Any structural reinforcement or civil work will be quoted separately.
• Service charges may vary based on height, site conditions, and installation complexity.
• ELTO is not responsible for vibration issues caused by building structure or external factors.
• Service scheduling depends on technician availability and site readiness.
• Inspection findings and final technical assessment will be considered final for execution.
• Payment must be completed after service unless otherwise agreed.
