• Refrigerant piping layout and connection (basic installation)
• Drain line installation and routing
• Electrical power and control wiring connection

• Pressure testing, vacuuming, and commissioning support
• Functional testing and system performance verification
• Safety inspection after installation

Covered

• Technician / engineer labor charges
• Installation and commissioning support
• Basic electrical and control wiring connection
• Testing and system verification
• Minor consumables required for installation

Not Covered

• Cost of VRV/VRF units, controllers, piping materials, and accessories
• Structural work, core cutting, trenching, or civil modifications
• Electrical DB upgrades, HT/LT supply modifications
• Refrigerant gas charging (if additional required beyond OEM supply)
• Cranes, lifts, scaffolding, or heavy lifting equipment
• System design engineering (unless separately contracted)

Service Cost (Updated for Profitability)

• ₹15,000 – ₹75,000 per system (depending on tonnage and zones)
• Inspection / Visit Charge: ₹699 – ₹1,499 (adjustable if work proceeds)
• Height / crane / heavy installation support: extra ₹3,000 – ₹15,000
• Final cost depends on system capacity, number of indoor units, piping length, and site complexity

Terms & Conditions

• Customer must provide approved VRV/VRF design and site readiness before execution.
• Units, piping materials, controllers, and accessories will be charged separately unless included in quotation.
• Any design changes, additional piping, or structural work will be quoted separately.
• Service charges may vary based on system complexity, height, and site conditions.
• ELTO is not responsible for manufacturer defects, gas leakage issues, or OEM design limitations.
• Service scheduling depends on technician availability and project coordination.
• Inspection findings and final technical assessment will be considered final for execution.
• Payment must be completed as per agreed milestone or service terms.
