• Copper piping connection (basic routing)

Covered

• Technician labor charges
• Installation and fitting services
• Basic electrical connection support
• Testing and commissioning
• Minor consumables required for service

Not Covered

• Cost of AC unit, copper pipes, brackets, and accessories
• Core cutting, wall drilling beyond standard installation
• Extra copper piping beyond standard length
• Electrical new wiring or power point installation
• Gas filling or leakage repair (unless specified)

Service Cost

• ₹1,500 – ₹4,000 per split AC (standard installation, excluding materials)
• Inspection/Visit Charge: ₹199 (adjustable if work proceeds)
• Final cost depends on tonnage, piping length, and site conditions

Terms & Conditions

• Customer must provide safe and clear access to installation area.
• AC unit, brackets, copper pipes, drain pipes, and accessories will be charged separately unless included in quotation.
• Any additional work such as extra piping, core cutting, or wiring will be quoted separately.
• Service charges may vary depending on installation complexity and site conditions.
• Service scheduling is subject to technician availability and serviceable locations.
• ELTO is not responsible for manufacturer defects, gas leakage issues, or pre-existing AC faults.
• Inspection findings and final technical assessment will be considered final for execution.
• Payment must be completed after service unless otherwise agreed.
