β’ Crane, hydra, transportation, and heavy lifting arrangements shall be provided by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
β’ All materials and equipment will be charged separately unless specifically included in the quotation.
β’ Additional work beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately and executed only after approval.

β’ ELTO is not responsible for manufacturing defects, equipment failures, or pre-existing site conditions.
β’ Inspection findings and final technical assessment will be considered final for execution.
