• Cost of electrodes, earthing compounds, conductors, and accessories
• Excavation, concrete work, and major civil works
• Structural modifications and restoration works
• Government approvals and statutory inspections

Service Cost

• ₹5,000 – ₹50,000 per earthing point (depending on type, soil condition, and project scope)
• Site Inspection Charge: ₹1,000 – ₹3,000 (adjustable if work proceeds)
• Final cost depends on earthing type, site conditions, soil resistivity, and material requirements

Terms & Conditions

• Customer must provide site access and required permissions for execution.
• Earthing electrodes, compounds, conductors, and accessories are charged separately unless included in the quotation.
• Excavation and civil works may be charged separately depending on site conditions.
• Additional work beyond the approved scope will be quoted separately.
• Service charges may vary based on soil conditions, depth requirements, and project complexity.
• ELTO is not responsible for performance issues arising from future site alterations or external environmental conditions.
• Inspection findings and technical recommendations provided by ELTO shall be considered final.
• Payment must be completed as per agreed project milestones or contract terms.
