Covered

• Scheduled maintenance visits
• Technician/Engineer labor charges
• Inspection, testing, and condition assessment
• Minor consumables required during maintenance
• Service reports and maintenance records

Not Covered

• Spare parts, replacement components, and accessories
• Major repairs, retrofitting, or equipment replacement
• Oil replacement, filtration, and specialized testing services
• Civil works and statutory inspection fees

Service Cost

• ₹25,000 – ₹5,00,000 per year (depending on system capacity, equipment quantity, and AMC scope)
• Final AMC cost depends on site conditions, service frequency, and coverage requirements

Terms & Conditions

• AMC coverage and visit frequency shall be as per the agreed contract.
• Spare parts, replacement materials, and major repairs are chargeable unless specifically included in the AMC.
• Emergency and breakdown support shall be provided as per AMC terms.
• Customer must provide safe access and shutdown arrangements where required.
• Service charges may vary based on system capacity, equipment condition, and contract scope.
• ELTO is not responsible for equipment failures caused by misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.
• Maintenance findings and technical recommendations provided by ELTO shall be considered final.
• Payment shall be made as per agreed AMC payment terms and schedule.
