Terms & Conditions

β€’ Customer must provide safe access and required shutdown arrangements.
β€’ Spare parts, replacement materials, and accessories will be charged separately.
β€’ Any defects or repairs identified during maintenance will be quoted separately.
β€’ Service charges may vary based on system capacity, equipment condition, and site requirements.
β€’ ELTO is not responsible for pre-existing equipment failures or hidden defects discovered during maintenance.
β€’ Maintenance findings and technical recommendations provided by ELTO shall be considered final.
β€’ Payment must be completed upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
