Not Covered

• Relay replacement or supply of new relays
• Protection system upgrades or modifications
• Repair of defective relays
• Specialized OEM testing services (if required)

Service Cost

• ₹3,000 – ₹20,000 per relay (depending on relay type and testing requirements)
• Site Inspection Charge: ₹1,000 – ₹3,000 (adjustable if work proceeds)
• Final cost depends on relay type, quantity, system complexity, and scope of testing

Terms & Conditions

• Customer must provide safe access and shutdown arrangements where required.
• Relay settings and system data must be provided before testing.
• Any repair, replacement, or system modification identified during testing will be quoted separately.
• Service charges may vary based on relay type, quantity, and testing requirements.
• ELTO is not responsible for pre-existing relay faults, equipment failures, or incorrect settings provided by third parties.
• Test results and technical recommendations provided by ELTO shall be considered final.
• Payment must be completed upon completion of testing services unless otherwise agreed.
