What's Included

  • Technician service charges.

What's Not Included

  • Cost of switches, sockets, and branded accessories.
  • Major rewiring beyond the switch/socket point.
  • Civil work, wall cutting, patchwork, or painting.
  • Additional electrical modifications.

Service Cost

  • β‚Ή320 – β‚Ή500 per switch/socket (excluding spare parts).
  • Minimum visiting/inspection charge: β‚Ή199.

Terms & Conditions

  • Customer must provide access to the faulty switch/socket location.
  • Spare parts and accessories will be charged separately.
  • Payment must be made upon completion of the service.
  • Any rewiring beyond the switch/socket point will be treated as a separate service and charged accordingly.
  • Service charges may vary depending on site conditions and work complexity.
  • A minimum visiting/inspection charge of β‚Ή199 is applicable if the customer chooses not to proceed with the service after inspection.
  • Service scheduling is subject to technician availability and serviceable locations.
  • The customer must provide a safe working environment and required utility access.
  • ELTO is not responsible for pre-existing wiring faults, concealed wiring defects, or issues arising from poor-quality electrical installations.
  • Any additional work identified during inspection will be quoted separately and carried out only after customer approval.
  • The final inspection report, service recommendation, and decision made by the ELTO Team shall be considered final.

  • Technician inspects the issue and provides a cost estimate.

Step 3: Approval & Service

  • Customer approval is obtained.
  • Repair or replacement work is carried out.

Step 4: Testing & Handover

  • Functional testing is completed.
  • Safe usage guidance is provided to the customer.

Step 5: Billing & Payment

  • Final service charges are confirmed after completion of work.
  • Invoice is generated and shared with the customer.
  • Customer makes payment through the available payment methods.
  • Service request is closed upon successful payment.
